I think if you're considering hiring me, I think it's nice if you know a little more about me. I take my work seriously. And I take my time off seriously. It's the combination of the work, travel, and adventure that makes me who I am.
My adventures are amazing, sometimes extremely challenging, and often push me in ways that stretch and grow me -- they make me a better person. They make me more authentic. They remind me I'm always learning and there's never an end to the learning if I stay open to it. I'm reminded through my adventures, travels, and work, that life is a precious gift. If you decide to work with me, I promise to bring my best to the table. It's a privilege to connect with you whether it's in person or virtually.
They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, so here are some pictures to help you know me a little better.
Below the pictures you'll find links to interviews I've done and reflections on other adventures along the way.
Completing an IronMan Triathlon in 2015, was the culmination of 10 years of participating in triathlons, a sport I started doing after losing Eric in 2005. Triathlon training was a significant part of my grief and recovery journey. You can read about my reflections on the day of the IronMan by clicking below, although it wasn't just the day that transformed me,
it was the entire journey!
